Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Startup Business Head to lead and drive the growth of our startup initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in the startup ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the startup sector.
- Lead the planning and implementation of business initiatives and projects.
- Identify market opportunities and develop partnerships to enhance the startup's visibility and reach.
- Manage the startup's budget, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and product development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and industry partners.
- Oversee team performance and development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 6-7 years of experience in a startup or business development role.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem in India.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
