Calling All Robotics & AI Trailblazers

We’re looking for a dynamic Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to spearhead a cutting-edge venture in Facilities Management Automation using next-gen AI and Robotics.

If you're passionate about robotics and ready to step into a CEO role, this is your shot at building something game-changing.

🌐Location: Bangalore preferred (or Delhi-NCR / Mumbai with travel flexibility)

As the external face of a fast-scaling robotics company, you’ll be leading a new-age venture focused on autonomous commercial surface cleaning, leveraging AI to redefine how facilities are managed across industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Essential Skills

• Domain Industry Knowledge General Management profile with experience in Sales & Marketing, Business development, Operations & Finance – in the relevant sector of Real Estate and/or Facilities management.

• Varied Geography experience Pan-India experience will be key. Stint in Foreign markets will be a Plus.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong belief in creating & building value, rather than an Employee mindset.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management and fundraising processes.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities for dealing with investors, partners, and suppliers.

2. Preferred Qualifications

• Education: A Master’s degree in Business management (In case of Entrepreneurship, requirement of an MBA can be relaxed on a case-to-case basis)

• Experience: >=15 years of minimum experience in Real Estate and/or Facilities management.

• Entrepreneurial: Prior experience as an Entrepreneur (with some success) is a plus.

• Track Record: A history of at least 1 successful venture or significant contributions to previous companies.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant automation technologies and tools used in the real estate industry, especially in Facilities management.
