Responsibilities of a Front Desk Receptionist
1. Reception & Guest Handling
- Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Maintain a professional and positive appearance at all times.
- Guide visitors to the correct person or department.
- Maintain visitor records (sign-in/out).
2. Communication Management
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Deliver accurate messages to staff.
3. Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Assist in organizing events or office activities.
- Coordinate with staff for smooth operations.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain front office supplies and inventory.
- Handle basic clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning).
- Assist HR/Management in documentation when required.
5. Security & Compliance
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures.
- Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and data safety.
6. Office Maintenance
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Report repairs or maintenance issues to admin/housekeeping.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
