**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT domain.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and secure new clients by promoting IT solutions such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- **Account Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- **Proposal Development**: Lead the creation of proposals, RFPs, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas while ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide junior business development executives, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
- **Negotiation and Closure**: Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Application or related field
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in IT sales services, business development, or a related role.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of IT products, services, and emerging technologies such as SaaS, IoT, AI, and cloud solutions.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to develop and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Analytical mindset with the ability to craft solutions that address client challenges.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- **CRM Tools**: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment.
