**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**We are looking for a trainee who is really passionate about user support and servicing. They need to be quick learners too. Selected Trainee's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
**Communicate with existing users of HappiMynd platform**
**Pitch one of our services to them & upsell**

**Act as brand ambassador of Emotional & Mental health awareness**
**Provide feedback to the management team**

**Qualification**:
**Anyone with good communication and command on English and Hindi language.**

**Flair of conversation needed.**
