**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**Job Role**

The individual is expected to visit and get onsite verifications from the Issuing Authority as per the Background Verification process.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Verification site visit associate role is expected to help drive Primary Source Verification from the concerned Issuing Authorities like schools, colleges, universities, employers, licensing authorities, credit authorities and various document / certificate issuing government bodies verbally and in writing with the turnaround time of 5 business days for education, employment, health license and for all other documents. This role will comprehensively include but would not be limited to the delivery.
- Verification of all documents provided by Dataflow from the concerned authorities with the laid down turnaround time
- Site visit photographs with date and time stamp to be submitted along with the verification proof
- To physically travel and personally handover the business documents to the concerned Issuing Authority official and getting a sign off on an official receipt for the same.
- Further to collect the verified documents from the concerned Issuing Authority official and share them with Dataflow at the earliest including the receipt acknowledgment.
- To travel to different states as and when required by the business.
- To conduct all the assigned responsibilities as per Data flow’s privacy and data security policy.
- All types of Document Verification related work across PAN India

**Qualifications**
- Written & Spoken English - Above Average
- Native Language proficiency
- Fresher to 3 years of experience
- A Two wheeler occupancy is must

**Salary**: ₹23,250.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
