**Job description of Executive - Operations**

**Job Purpose**Responsible to generate all reports in power point and excelto support sales head, Sales managers, and Sales operations, coordinating sales activities.

**Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities**
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by backend support for order processing, Support on Sales CRM ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining Sales time sheets to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the Sales Head.
- Responsible for collecting data & preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS on retail & consumer sales, data reconciliation, performance reporting & key metrics dashboard
- Responsible for customer receivables & collection related follow up with field sales force & customer care executives & data reconciliation
- Responsible for review on sales performance with senior management
- Responsible for handling direct customer & sales operations which requires coordination & follow up with field sales & delivery team.
- Supporting sales staff on sales collaterals in coordination with marketing team and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
- Managing budgets for expenses like Sales incentives, Alliance programs, bonuses, marketing, and travel.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Logistics team for shipment.
- Ensure Sales orders are closed.
- Supports the Sales Department with administrative responsibilities.
- Ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in ERP.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
Graduatealong with MBA-Marketing is preferred

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:

- Should have strong experience of min 3-4 years in sales support and sales operations function preferably in manufacturing industry
- Should have experience & strong expertise in handling & coordinating for daily sales operations related activities with field force on sales demand, delivery coordination
- Should have expertise in collecting data from field force& generating reports in a high data volume function
- Experience as a sales coordinator, sales administration, sales operations may be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills to multitask, in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Must have thorough knowledge in MS Excel & MS Power point and communication skills.

Salary Range:
Negotiable based on Experience & Skill set

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
