We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FASTag Operations Executive / Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing FASTag in the showroom, assisting customers during onboarding, resolving queries, managing back-office operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between the office, showroom, and dealer locations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work in the showroom to issue FASTag and assist customers with onboarding and activation.
  • Handle day-to-day FASTag operations, including customer support, documentation, and data updates.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate transaction and customer records in the database.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow.
  • Visit vehicle dealer showrooms to provide training, support, and FASTag delivery when required.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports as required.
  • Support administrative and back-office tasks, ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil )
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good understanding of FASTag operations and customer handling (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Required female candidates.
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or back-office roles
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and operational workflows
  • Willingness to work in showroom and visit dealer locations as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
