A Leading 6 Level Import and Export Shipping and Ship Cruise company is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant/Secretary for the CEO for their new Setup Terminals
Should have Fresher or 1 above years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the CEO of a company. At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin, coordinating with excellent communication skills, and is willing to travel along for domestic and International on need-based.

Any Degree

Excellent typing skills and good command of written and spoken English
Experienced user of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Recording minutes from meetings
To minimize wastage of company resources materials
Proactive with a go-getter attitude
Strong presentation and data management skills
