**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Seedling Production**:Oversee the daily production of healthy and high-quality vegetable seedlings in accordance with sales orders and planning.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Implement best practices in seedling production and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

**Labor Management**:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the labor force involved in seedling production.
Provide training and guidance to the team to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Data Management**:Generate daily and weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and other relevant data.

**Inventory Planning**:Collaborate with the sales team to align production plans with demand forecasts.
Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the seedling production process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

**Agronomy Passion**:Demonstrate a strong passion for agronomy, particularly in the context of vegetable seedlings.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in seedling production and agronomy.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific educational requirement; however, a basic understanding of arithmetic is essential.
- Personal integrity is of utmost importance.
- Good knowledge and passion for agronomy, particularly in vegetable seedling production.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Age between 20-30 years.
- Own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly salary: Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 (depending on profile and experience)
- Production incentives: Up to 3 months' salary per annum, based on performance.
