Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Chennai

**Salary**: ₹7.5 - 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for Back Office and Inbound processes, ensuring SLA adherence, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
- Strategically plan and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce turnaround times.
- Manage large teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance through strong leadership practices.
- Analyze operational performance data, identify gaps, and drive solutions to improve key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Monitor team performance, resolve escalations, and ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and align operations with business goals.
- Ensure resource planning, workload management, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, tracking progress, team achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous process improvements through best practices, automation ideas, and innovation in day-to-day operations.
- Uphold company policies, maintaining operational compliance and adhering to industry standards and quality benchmarks.

- Proven ability to manage and streamline Back Office and Inbound processes.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, process optimization, and KPI management.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Ability to drive results under pressure, demonstrating a strategic and goal-oriented approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA or a relevant master’s degree is a plus.

Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a BPO setup.
- Currently holding the designation of Operations Manager with proven on-paper leadership experience.
- Strong background in Back Office and/or Inbound processes is mandatory.

- Salary: ₹7.5 - 8 LPA

Pay: ₹50,711.65 - ₹75,000.00 per month
