**Role Purpose**
- The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction_

**Do**

Continuously monitor Nexthink data and alerts to identify potential issues or anomalies.- Analyze Nexthink data to proactively detect and resolve IT problems. Investigate and troubleshoot incidents reported\/related through Nexthink.- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the monitored assets (including baselining).- Create and update documentation related to incident responses and problem resolutions.- Platform Management:
- a. Install, configure and maintain the Nexthink platform.- b. Ensure the platform is upto the date with latest software versions and patches- c. Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability- 2. Data collection and analysis:
- a. Configure data collection settings to gather relevant information from endpoints.- b. Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.- c. Provide actionable insights to improve the digital employee experience.- 3. Incident Detection and Resolution:
- a. Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues- b. Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly- c. Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent future incidents- 4. Reporting and Virtualization:
- a. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.- b. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment.- c. Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teams- 5. User Training and Support:
- a. Train IT staff and end users on how to use Nexthink effectively- b. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform users- c. Develop training materials and documentation- 6. Compliance and Security:
- a. Ensure data collected and processed by Nexthink complies with relevant regulations and standards- b. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the platform and data- c. Conduct regular security audits and assessments- 7. Integration and Automation:
- a. Integrate Nexthink with other IT management and monitoring tools- b. Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations- c. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.**_
