The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial activities both in the field and within the office while maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information. Key duties include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Field Work
- Attending investor meetings to build and maintain relationships.
- Collecting essential documents and ensuring timely submission to the corresponding departments while safeguarding confidentiality.
- Supporting on-site financial operations as required.

2. Office Work
- Organizing and handling important financial documents securely and confidentially. Preparing Form 9 and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing filings, documentation, and ensuring records are up-to-date, accurate, and confidential.
- Coordinating with various departments to streamline documentation and reporting processes without compromising data security.

3. Investor Engagement
- Communicating effectively with investors to address queries, provide updates, and maintain trust.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and financial insights for investor meetings while protecting sensitive information.

4. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensuring all financial documentation complies with company policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Assisting in audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial documentation and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and financial software.
- Ability to manage field and office work efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with investor relations and legal compliance procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
