**Job Title: GM - Finance & Accounts.**

**Position Overview**:
Will be responsible for the financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting of the company. Also be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and the executive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Bring in investors and to explain the methodology to them.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books is must
- Manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance; provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 15 years experience with atleast 5years of Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
