**Responsibilities**:

- You will have to review the current family based immigration process (K1, Adjustment of Status, spousal and dependent child sponsorship) in the company.
- Stay current with the USCIS immigration rules, regulations, and forms.
- Work in collaboration with staff located in different locations, manage different time zones, participate in regular online meetings, and document your work daily.
- Present solutions to complex immigration problems including preparing responses to Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), etc.
- Maintain and organize case files, and respond to client requests in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB degree or its equivalent from India or another jurisdiction.
- Valid Certificate of Practice in good standing with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Extremely organized and have attention to detail.
- Ease with using technology such as Google sheets, Google docs, Google meet, etc.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members on the team.
- 1-2 years of experience in US immigration work.
- Acclimated to working remote, strong internet and computer system, USB headset, webcam, and quiet working space.
- Ability to effectively communicate legal information to clients

**Skills**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft legal documents effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
