We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team for the night shift. The role involves assisting clients with immigration and visa processes, providing professional guidance, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with immigration laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage international client queries, and adaptability to work in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct client assessments and suggest suitable visa/immigration options.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated with immigration policies, rules, and procedural changes.
• Handle international client queries via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain detailed case records.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Visa Counsellor (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Sound knowledge of visa processes (study visa, tourist visa, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
