**Job Description for Social Media Marketing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and maintain an engaging **social media Calendar**.
- Propose and execute **creative campaign ideas** across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Conceptualize and lead weekly photo/video shoots - **Photography skills are mandatory**:

- Generate engaging **voiceovers for reels/videos** when needed
- **Coordinate with influencers** for collaborations, content briefs, and follow-ups
- **Monitor performance metrics** and suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate or Diploma holder in **Mass communication Social Media Marketing**:

- Passionate about content creation and social media trends.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Social media marketing (preferred)
