Job Title: Retail/Employability Skills Trainer - TRRAIN PANKH Project

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹25,000/month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in training/facilitation

About the Project:
**TRRAIN PANKH** is a livelihood training and placement initiative by the **TRRAIN Foundation**, focused on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through skills training and job readiness for the retail and service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training on retail skills, communication, customer service, and soft skills using TRRAIN’s curriculum
- Conduct both in-person and virtual sessions using engaging, learner-friendly methods
- Track attendance, learner progress, and provide assessment reports
- Support mobilization, job placement, and post-placement tracking
- Participate in trainer onboarding, learning sessions, and quality checks
- Be responsive to monitoring visits, reporting, and feedback mechanisms

Qualification & Skills Required:

- **Education**: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
- **Experience**:

- At least 1 year in training (retail, employability, customer service, or communication skills)
- Prior work with Persons with Disabilities (preferred)
- **Certifications**: RASCI certified (preferred but not mandatory)
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Hindi; working knowledge of English
- **Tech Skills**: Comfortable with digital tools and virtual training platforms
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and motivation
- **Values**: Committed to social impact and inclusive development

Selection Process:

- Initial shortlisting and interview by ZINDGI SMILE team
- Final interview by TRRAIN’s Regional Team
- Livelihood Head approval
- Offer & onboarding
- One-batch probation review
