Resident Medical Officer

Provide round-the-clock medical care and supervision for residents within the facility.
Conduct routine health assessments and screenings to monitor residents' well-being.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate necessary interventions.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Stay informed about medical advancements and ensure the adoption of best practices.
Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license and registration.
Proven experience in a similar residential medical role.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated empathy and sensitivity towards the needs of residents.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
CPR and basic life support certification.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
