**Job Title**: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
**Location**: Mathura
**Department**: General Medicine / Surgery / ICU / Emergency, etc.
**Reports To**: Senior Consultant / Medical Superintendent

**Job Summary**:
The RMO is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients, ensuring timely medical interventions, monitoring patient progress, and assisting consultants in clinical duties. The RMO also handles emergency cases and coordinates with various departments to ensure seamless patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily medical care to patients admitted under various specialties.
- Conduct regular ward rounds and document patient status and progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies (Code Blue, trauma, etc.) and initiate appropriate treatment.
- Assist senior doctors and consultants in performing medical procedures and surgeries.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.
- Liaise with nurses, paramedical staff, and support teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council (MCI/NMC or State Medical Council).
- BLS/ACLS certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting (especially ICU, ER, or general medicine) is advantageous.
