**Requirements**:

- Must be a MBBS from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a residency program
- He/she should be registered with MCI or any other State Medical Council of India
- In-depth knowledge of current medical treatments and procedures
- Great attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to think and act quickly in a stressful environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing patients who enter the emergency room immediately and overseeing emergency recovery
- Initiation of management plan and organisation of appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, in consultation with Senior Medical Practitioners as is appropriate
- Ensure that there is adequate consultation and communication of such assessment and management decisions to the appropriate registrar or consultant
- Ensure effective referral and disposition of the patient after they leave the Emergency Department. This includes discharge letters and instructions and prescriptions as required
- Use teamwork and effective communication to deliver effective health care that includes patients and family members as appropriate as members of the team
- Meet medico-legal requirements across practice areas including open disclosure
- Conducting follow-up visits to monitor the patient’s condition
- Requesting the appropriate medical tests and based on them, following a treatment plan
- Developing effective patient care plans
- Referring patients to appropriate specialists
- Ensuring that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation
- Providing instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork
- Maintaining patients' medical records
- Coordinating with different ER departments to ensure patients receive the necessary treatment
- Participates in research efforts and clinical studies
- Maintains clinical records in line with regulations and standards
- Conducts follow-up to monitor patient’s condition

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
