Telecaller Role and Responsibility:

- 1. You would be responsible for calling existing and prospective customers from the provided database and lininig.

2. Planning Course of Action to recover outstanding payments.

3. Contact Customers and queries about debt recovering loan.

4.Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Telecaller Requirements and Skills:

- 1.Proven experience as debt collector.

2.Experience in working with write off, Non-Performing Assets and Bucket.

3.Experienced in Advanced Ms Excel.

4.Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.

5.Excellent communication and people skills.

6.Apt in negotiating and persuading.

7.Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.

8.High school diploma is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
