Job ResponsibilitiesFranchise Lead Calling

• Call and follow up with franchise inquiries generated via website, ads, and social media.
• Explain franchise model, investment details, ROI, brand support, training, and setup process.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location, and interest level.
• Schedule Zoom/office meetings for final discussion with the Franchise Manager.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel sheets.

HR Calling

• Call candidates for job openings (kitchen staff, store managers, service crew, etc.).
• Screen candidates based on experience, location, and salary expectations.
• Schedule interviews with HR/Operations team.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
