**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Tele-Sales)
**Location**: Chinar Park, New Town (On-site)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in Tele-Sales / Customer Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Executive (Tele-Sales)** to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and driving sales conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in tele-sales / customer sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Work from Office)
- **Saturday**: Work from Home (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- **Sunday**: Weekly Off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
