**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas and innovative culinary techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficient knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
