**Job Title: Graphic Designer - Organic Growth Marketing**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute the full design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing deliverables.
- Utilize proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce impactful designs and graphics.
- Knowledge of After Effects/Adobe Animate is an added advantage (not compulsory) for animation-related projects.
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including examples of visual design, composition, typography, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a good understanding of digital formats in files to ensure compatibility and quality across various mediums.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely and accurate designs.
- Work independently while also contributing to team brainstorming sessions and providing constructive feedback when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design principles and techniques.
- Thorough understanding of design pipelines and processes, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must.
- Strong grasp of visual design principles, including color theory, composition, typography, and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and exhibit a range of varied styles and techniques.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
