As a key player in our team, you will drive our hiring mandates and pitch Heartcounts' signature programs, operating under a performance-driven model that rewards achieving and exceeding targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute multiple hiring mandates for corporate clients efficiently.
- Actively pitch and promote Heartcounts' programs, including Heartcounts Rise and Heartcounts Evolve, to potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a hiring agency with a strong track record of closing multiple roles across various industries.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
