**Job Summary**

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Insurance Telesales Executives** to join our growing team in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Sec-18). The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance products (Health, Life, and General), and converting leads into successful policy sales. You will play a key role in helping clients choose the right insurance solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health, life, or general insurance policies.
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms in simple language.
- Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build customer trust.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM software.
- Follow up with interested leads and close policy sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience in telesales or customer service (insurance preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Ability to explain insurance terms in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Target-driven, confident, and able to handle rejections positively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of outbound calls made daily.
- Lead-to-policy conversion ratio.
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction score.
