Lead the implementation of Gofrugal ERP in retail FMCG environments, focusing on store operations, supplier management, and inventory controls.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis related to product categorization, batch tracking, expiry management, and demand forecasting.
- Develop tailored implementation strategies for FMCG retail chains to optimize their procurement, warehousing, and point-of-sale processes.
- Facilitate data migration of large SKU inventories and ensure accurate stock levels across multiple store locations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth integration with supply chain partners, distributors, and third-party logistics providers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues specific to retail FMCG, such as product scanning errors, stock discrepancies, or pricing issues.
- Work with store managers and staff to ensure that the ERP system reflects accurate pricing, promotions, and product updates in real-time.
- Monitor sales transactions and stock movement across multiple locations, ensuring that the ERP system aligns with daily operations.
- Support ongoing system upgrades and enhancements related to the retail FMCG business, focusing on customer-facing aspects such as POS systems.
