**System Upgrades and Maintenance**:

- Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and features to evaluate their impact on current configurations.
- Manage and execute platform upgrades, ensuring smooth integration with existing custom solutions.

**Application Development and Customization**:

- Construct and modify intricate workflow rules for process automation.
- Customize fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, and roles to meet user needs.
- Leverage advanced Salesforce features to enrich the user experience.

**Report and Dashboard Engineering**:

- Collaborate with department heads to define precise requirements for Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to drive business decisions.
- Ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy of reporting tools to suit evolving business strategies.

**Salesforce Support and Problem Solving**:

- Proactively identify and resolve intricate Salesforce issues.
- Lead enhancements, system integrations, and onboarding of new user groups.
- Provide advanced support for escalated Salesforce-related inquiries.
- Work alongside IT teams to maintain seamless system performance.

**User and Data Governance**:

- Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, upholding system security and efficiency.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data through regular audits and clean-ups.
- Enforce standards for data entry and oversee data migration and integration efforts.

**Training and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training to diverse user groups.
- Produce and update user-friendly documentation for Salesforce workflows and processes.
- Evaluate system usage and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Cultivate an environment of continuous learning and mastery of Salesforce among all users.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- **Mandatory Salesforce Certifications**: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Other Relevant Certifications)
- **Desirable Salesforce Certifications**:

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- **Professional Background**:Experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- **Expected Areas of Competence**:

- Experience in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards. - Skills in troubleshooting and user support within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of data maintenance and user account management in Salesforce.
- Ability to provide training and create documentation for Salesforce users.
- (Optional) Certifications like Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer.
