Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are a fast-growing U.S. SaaS company seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator to own configuration, automation, and integrations in our Salesforce environment. This is a full-time, remote role based in India.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Salesforce (Accounts, Opportunities, Products, Quotes)
- Build automations with Flow Builder to reduce manual work and enforce data quality
- Create reports and dashboards for Sales and Success team
- Integrate Salesforce with billing systems (Chargebee now, Stripe soon), proposal tools, and product APIs
- Maintain clean data and document changes
Requirements
- 3-7 years Salesforce Admin experience in B2B/SaaS
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201 or equivalent)
- Expert in Flow Builder, validation rules, and reporting
- Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with U.S. stakeholders
