What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our Marketing Operations team by enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM and marketing technology stack. This role is key to ensuring smooth integration, efficient workflows, and reliable data flows across our marketing platforms. We're looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and is passionate about enabling marketing success through scalable technology solutions.
About the Team
Our RevOps team drives revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales technologies. We work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize our marketing technology stack and accelerate the sales cycle. As a remote-first team, we value both technical expertise and communication skills. Fostering an environment where problem-solving and continuous improvement are key to our success.
What we're looking for
- Have a Bachelor's in a technology or computer science related subject.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration with a focus on supporting marketing teams.
- Have hands-on experience configuring and integrating MarTech platforms such as ZoomInfo, Demandbase, LeanData, and RingLead.
- Have a Salesforce Administrator credential required.
- Have proficiency in API integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and troubleshooting cross-platform issues.
- Have experience with ETL tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi) to manage data pipeline design.
- Have familiarity with Sales Cloud and Marketing-related processes such as lead capture, lead routing, scoring, and campaign attribution.
- Have an understanding of inbound sales motion and the marketing funnel.
- Have basic knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning) and a understanding of Salesforce administrative tasks and best practices.
