**Domestic Operations & Contracting Manager (Corporate Travel Domain)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Should have good knowledge about Domestic Destinations and Hotel Properties in that destination for FIT bookings.
- Should be able to understand client’s requirement and deliver appropriate solutions/options accordingly.
- Should be able to make and curate travel itineraries, costing and excellent in product knowledge & packages for domestic destinations based on client’s requirements.
- Should be able to coordinate with all the Corporate Houses/Clients on a regular basis.
- Should be able to maintain good relations and handle contracting & negotiations with the Hotels directly or other Suppliers for FIT bookings.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Outlook, Word, etc..)
- Should be a team player and can collaborate, along with qualitative deliverance.
- Should be able to adhere to the processes & work ethics of the organization
- Support and assist in the development of the annual business plan, FIT Budgets, and marketing plan as requested by the HOD.

**Experience**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Corporate Travel domain
- Proven track record of achieving revenue under FIT Bookings closures
- Previous experience in managing complex FIT bookings
- Previous experience in Contracting with the Hotel for FIT bookings

**Education**: - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in travel & tourism.
- IATA Course Certificate or a Travel & Tourism Diploma (Preferable but not mandatory)

**Skills & Abilities**: - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, persuasion, and perseverance.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong understanding of FIT and knowledge of Domestic destinations
- Good understanding of hotel functioning for FIT bookings
- Should be a firm team player

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
