Urgent Customer Support Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- **Escalation**: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or higher-level support staff when necessary.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues and keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and report findings to management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduation is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk support is required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and issues.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with helpdesk software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, products, and technologies.
