**Job Timings ** - 07:00 p.m. (IST) to 04:00 a.m. (IST) - Night Shift
- Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Are you an experienced Freight Broker with a knack for leadership? Do you excel in both Drayage and Over-the-Road (OTR) logistics operations? Join our dynamic team as a Freight Broker Team Leader and take charge of driving success in the US process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Freight Brokers, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
- Manage Drayage and OTR freight operations efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers to facilitate smooth transactions and negotiate favorable rates.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker in the Drayage and OTR sector.
- Existing book of business that can continue with you in the new organization.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of US logistics regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using freight brokerage software and other relevant tools.
