### Job Summary**:Operations Executive - SME Insurance**

**Location**: Kandivali, Mumbai

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Reporting To**: Head - SME Insurance
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee insurance policy data, including issuance and renewal of SME policies.
- Handle policy endorsements and cancellations effectively.
- Generate quotations for SME insurance clients.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for insurance contracts and claims.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in record-keeping and operations.
- Maintain organized records of client details, policies, claims, and transactions.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to execute the service seamlessly.
## **Qualifications & Skills Required**
- **Education**: Graduate degree or equivalent certifications.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Competent in multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
- **Initiative & Adaptability**: Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
