As a General Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the administration and management of general insurance policies. Your primary duties will include:
1. Client Interaction: Interacting with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing information about available policies, and assisting them in selecting appropriate coverage options.

2. Policy Management: Managing policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Claims Processing: Handling insurance claims efficiently, including verifying claims, assessing damages, and facilitating the settlement process in a timely manner.

4. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies, endorsements, claims, and other relevant documentation.

5. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

6. Risk Assessment: Assessing risks associated with potential policyholders and providing recommendations to underwriters to mitigate risk exposure.

7. Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.

8. Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing the insurance industry, including data protection and privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
