Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our healthcare team. The AIN will assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working directly with patients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist nurses with patient care activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobilizing patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate.
- Assist with patient transfers and the use of mobility aids.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and ensure patients receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly in medical records.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members about patient conditions and needs.
- Assist with the maintenance of equipment and supplies in the nursing unit.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
