**Job Description: QA Trainer**

1. The role of a process trainer is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of an organization.

2. Technical Knowledge (Broadband, Internet, Digital TV, Landline Phone,)

3. To Impart Process Training

4. Management Skills

5. Organizational Skills

6. Time Management

7. Leadership Skills

8. Critical & Analytical Thought Process

9. Problem-solving

10. Excellent communicator (Verbal & Written)

11. Proficiency in MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word & PPT)

12. Adaptability & flexibility

13. Ability to Assess Employees

14. Knowledge on TNI, TNA, Throughput, BQ Management, FAP

15. To create SOP and Training materials when needed.

17. Developing Training Programs: Creating comprehensive training programs that encompass various processes, systems, and procedures within the organization.

18. Conducting Training Sessions: Delivering engaging and informative training sessions to new hires and existing employees.

19. Assessing Training Needs: Identifying gaps in employee skill sets and knowledge through assessments and feedback, and tailoring training programs to address these needs effectively.

20. Creating Training Materials: Developing instructional materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support the learning process and ensure the retention of critical information.

21. Facilitating Continuous Learning: Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and skill development by providing ongoing support, resources, and opportunities for employees to enhance their proficiency in various processes.

22. Providing Support: Offering individualized support and guidance to employees who require additional assistance in understanding, implementing, and adapting to new processes.

23. Tracking Progress: Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators to evaluate the impact on employee productivity and proficiency.

24. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with various departments to understand their specific processes and ensure alignment with training programs.

25. Need to have a good experience with Data Center and Servers.
