FloatingChip Internet Technologies is a digital marketing and localization service provider. We are currently searching for Process Trainer to manage and train our new joinees.

**Description**:
Process Trainer is responsible for on-going observations of direct reports and providing guidance to team members. The person will focus on training and maintaining performance of new joinees.
- Create coaching plans, track progress of them, and complete monthly performance reports.
- Making sure that all the processes are being followed and suggesting improvements
- Understanding both technical and operational constraints of projects
- Have a solid understanding of project guidelines to be able to communicate and assist in creating documentation and training materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills - can explain complicated topics and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proven experience in managing and motivating medium-sized teams
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks by order of precedence and completing in a timely manner
- Commitment to data accuracy and throughput
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for quickly learning systems
