**Requirements**:
- Qualification : Graduate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, probing, presentation and coaching skills.
- Min 1 year of experience in process training.
- Experience in content development.
- Good excel knowledge of word, excel, power point, outlook.
