**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:
Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots to create captivating content for marketing
campaigns, product showcases, brand stories, and promotional videos.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, particularly on platforms like YouTube
and Instagram, to inform content creation strategies and optimize engagement.
Handle all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording,
and editing, to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and objectives.

**Photography**:
Capture high-quality images of luxury cars, events, and other marketing assets for use in digital
and print materials, including social media posts, website content, advertisements, and
brochures.
Maintain a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, consistently producing
visually appealing and impactful photographs that resonate with our target audience.
Adapt photography styles and techniques to align with the preferences and expectations of
social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

**Content Creation**:
Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates our
brand identity, product features, and unique selling points.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules, ensuring
timely production and publication of photography and video assets across various social media
channels.
Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh,
engaging, and relevant in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

**Equipment Management**:
Manage and maintain all videography and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses,
lighting, and accessories, ensuring proper functioning and organization for efficient workflow.
Stay informed about advancements in equipment technology and industry trends, making
recommendations for upgrades or new purchases to enhance content quality and production
efficiency.

**Post-Production**:
Edit and assemble raw footage and images into polished, professional videos and photographs
using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe
Photoshop, Lightroom).
Add music, sound effects, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the overall impact
and storytelling of video content.
Optimize content for different social media platforms, ensuring proper formatting, aspect ratios,
and file sizes for optimal performance and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or a related field, with a strong
- portfolio showcasing expertise in both areas.
- Proficiency in videography and photography equipment, including DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, and audio recording devices, editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).like YouTube and Instagram, audiences and platforms, environment.

- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, particularly on platforms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
