**Role & Responsibilities**

As the Photographer & Videographer at CasaGold, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality visual content for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media, websites, events, and internal communications. Your responsibilities include:
**Videography & Photography**:

- Conceptualizing, planning, and executing video shoots to create captivating content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, brand stories, and promotional videos.
- Staying updated on social media trends, particularly on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, to inform content creation strategies and optimize engagement.
- Handling all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and editing, to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and objectives.
- Planning and executing photo shoots and videos, including conceptualizing ideas, selecting locations, and coordinating with models and stylists.
- Capturing and editing high-quality images and videos that align with CasaGold's brand and visual identity.
- Managing and maintaining photo equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Ensuring accurate color correction, retouching, and image optimization for both print and digital media.
- Adapting photography styles and techniques to align with the preferences and expectations of social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

**Content Creation**:

- Generating creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates CasaGold's brand identity, product features, and unique selling points.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely production and publication of photography and video assets across various social media channels.
- Experimenting with new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to keep CasaGold's content fresh, engaging, and relevant in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Proficiency with photography and videography equipment, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
