**Job Description**:

- Prepares, posts, verifies and records customer payments to customer accounts
- Maintains customer files are up to date with address, names, tax positions
- Reviews AR aging and identifies delinquent accounts and follows up for payments. Resolves discrepancies on customer accounts.
- Assist Account Receivable Manager in reconciling accounts and creating reports on collection efforts.
- Creates weekly collection efforts log and reviews with Accounts receivable manager on the past due accounts.
- Be a backup for accounts receivable billing specialists.
- Performs other accounts receivable duties as request by the manager.

Job Qualification
- 2-5 years of public accounting and/or Private industry with accounts receivable experience
- Worked in a multi
- subsidiary and multi-currency environment desirable.
- B.Com or M.Com from reputed institute.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Netsuite or other ERP experience desirable.
- Work collaboratively across different departments at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
