Key Responsibilities
- **Site Management**: Assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans and specifications. Monitor construction progress and report on-site conditions to the project manager.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Identify and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with subcontractors, laborers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow on-site. Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment as needed.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and practices on-site, conducting regular safety briefings and identifying potential hazards. Ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and labor hours. Assist in preparing reports for project management and stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Address on-site challenges proactively, implementing solutions to keep the project on track and minimize disruptions.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist in liaising with clients and stakeholders as needed, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in site execution or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
