Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in project planning, coordination, and execution of interior and civil works. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and prior experience in site/project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Assist in developing timelines, budgets, and resources allocation plans.
  • Activity Coordination: Schedule project activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.
  • Communication: Act as a bridge between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation including project plans, progress reports, and MOMs.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, evaluate project progress, and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Compliance: Assist in obtaining permits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors for project success.
  • On-Site Support: Provide operational support during site visits, inspections, and client interactions.
