WE HAVE URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR THE POST OF **QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE** FOR A LEADING FMCG MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN SONEPAT.

We are looking for a Quality professional who is responsible for maintaining the quality of the product as per the SOP, Shop floor management, 5S, New product development, and SOP development on the shop floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To ensure “good manufacturing practice (GMP) in his shift.
- Checking of daily web check for any loose thread on the joint side, all shifters, magnet cleaning, and condition, check recipe integrity as per flow chart, and ensure that all ingredients quantity should be within tolerance limits with the correct sequence of ingredient addition, measuring of ph. & temperature & rectify the problem with an action plan.
- Online Monitoring Records to be maintained on the shop floor.
- Area Line Clearance to be maintained on the shop floor.
- Checking of Pkt.’s quality & seal integrity, coding on laminate & CFC every 2 hrs.
- FG sampling as per lab requirement.
- To check the DQI/PQI processing in shift end
- Ensure HOLD material is released after 48 hrs.
- Check the cold room temperature.
- Moisture of running variety should be checked after every hour by an IR moisture analyzer.
- Informed to Manager-QA if you found any food safety-related or quality system bypass.
- If any contamination is found during online production, then immediately drop the suspected material and trace the source, and immediately informed to Manager-QA
- Finished Goods parameters should be maintained as per the norms & maintained the CB stacking & their handling to be checked at regular intervals.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiar with HACCP, SSOP, and GMPs. Must have the ability to write reports & business correspondence.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
- Should be a positive attitude and understand the business requirements.

**Critical Requirements**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in food technology, B. Sc, or any other relevant degree.
- Minimum 3years of experience in maintaining shifts and shop floors in the FMCG/Food and Beverages Industry.
- Worked in the Snacks, Namkeen, and Popcorn industries.
- Problem solver-any and all problems that may arise with Manpower and colleague.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Efficiency in the Quality assurance module, including SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

**SALARY:

- 20**000 - 30000** **P.M**
