**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDIs)** at vendor locations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Visit the **Delhi Head Office (Rama Road)** twice a month for reporting, coordination, and cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee the **end-to-end product development process** including design, prototyping, testing, and final production quality checks.
- Ensure all products comply with **regulatory and industry standards**.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure products meet customer expectations and timelines.
- Analyze quality issues and implement **corrective and preventive actions**.
- Assist in **improving the design and features** of existing product models based on customer feedback and testing outcomes.
- **2-3 years of experience** in a quality assurance or product inspection role.
- Prior experience in **home and kitchen appliances** is highly preferred.
- Willingness to **travel regularly to vendor sites** and twice monthly to the Delhi HO.
- Strong understanding of product quality parameters, inspection methods, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,661.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
