**What You’ll Do**:

- **Manage Freight**: Coordinate and negotiate freight shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to expand our network and service offerings.
- **Optimize Routes**: Analyze and optimize shipping routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Resolve Issues**: Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in freight operations promptly.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker with a track record of successful negotiations and operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and freight brokerage processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred**:

- Established network of carriers and clients.
- Experience with [specific freight management software, if applicable].
