We are seeking Freight Broker to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates and contract terms, coordinating shipments for on-time delivery, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Resolve shipping issues or delays
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- 6 moths to 1 year in freight brokerage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of transportation regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
